What does Planet Chloé sell?

Planet Chloé currently offers digital crochet patterns and hosts knit club gatherings and creative events in Montréal. I no longer sell or ship finished handmade pieces.

How do I receive my crochet pattern?

All patterns are digital PDF downloads. After purchasing, you’ll receive access to your pattern digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

Can I sell items made from Planet Chloé patterns?

Planet Chloé patterns are for personal use only. Finished items made using my patterns may not be sold or used for commercial purposes.

You’re more than welcome to make pieces for yourself or as gifts for friends and family, but purchasing a pattern does not include a license to reproduce the design for sale.

Can I share or reproduce a pattern?

No. Patterns are protected by copyright and are intended for the purchaser only. Please do not copy, redistribute, reproduce, publish or share the pattern, in whole or in part, whether for free or for sale.

You’re always welcome to share photos of what you make! Please credit Planet Chloé when sharing your finished project online.

Do you offer refunds on digital patterns?

Because patterns are digital products, all pattern sales are final once the pattern has been downloaded or accessed.

If you accidentally purchased a pattern or experience an issue with your order, please get in touch and I’ll do my best to help.

I’m having trouble with a pattern. Can you help?

Of course! If something in a pattern is unclear or you think you’ve found an error, please reach out with the name of the pattern and a description or photo of where you’re having trouble.

What skill level are your patterns?

Skill level varies from pattern to pattern. Each listing includes information about the techniques, materials and level of experience recommended before purchasing.

Knit Club & Events

What is Club des Mailles?

Club des Mailles is Planet Chloé’s Montréal knit club, a space to get together, work on your projects, meet other creative people and spend an evening making things together.

Despite the name, crochet is more than welcome too! Bring whatever fibre project you’re currently working on.

Do I need to be an experienced knitter or crocheter?

Not at all. All levels are welcome! Knit club is a social gathering rather than a class, so you should bring a project you’re comfortable working on independently.

Are materials included?

Unless otherwise stated in the event description, materials are not included. Bring your own project, yarn, needles, hooks and anything else you’ll need for the evening.

Are knit club tickets refundable?

Most events are free. In the case of an event requiring a ticket, event tickets are non-refundable, unless the event is cancelled by Planet Chloé.

If you can no longer attend, you may transfer your ticket to someone else. Please contact me if you need to change the name associated with your ticket.

What happens if an event is cancelled?

If Planet Chloé needs to cancel an event, ticket holders will be notified and offered a refund or alternative option when applicable.

Where are events held?

Locations may change from one event to another. The date, time, venue and any other important information will always be included in the individual event listing.
